If we don't find you more than $49 in overlay value, you pay nothing.
The bar was never breaking even. The scanner catches hundreds of overlays a day, and the average one is worth more than the month costs. If your first 30 days of alerts don't show you overlay and max late reg spots worth several times the subscription, we'll refund every cent. No questions asked.
How the guarantee works
Every new paid subscriber to Profitmaxxer is automatically covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee starting on the date of your first successful payment. If at any point during those 30 days you decide the Service isn't right for you — for any reason — you can request a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of your first paid charge
- Include the email address you signed up with and the date of your payment
- You don't need to give a reason — but if you do, we'll use it to improve the Service
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method
What's covered
- The first 30 days of your first paid subscription
- Both monthly and any future annual plans
- All payment methods: Stripe (card), Bitcoin, USDT, PokerStars transfer, GGPoker transfer, Luxon Pay
What's not covered
- The free 7-day trial (no payment is taken, so no refund applies)
- Renewal charges after the initial 30 days — cancel any time before renewal to avoid the next charge
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after your first paid charge
How refunds are processed
Stripe (card payments)
Refunded directly to the original card. Funds usually appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT)
Refunded as USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20, your choice) to the wallet address you provide. Network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Poker site transfers (PokerStars, GGPoker, Luxon)
Refunded as a poker site transfer back to the same account, or as USDT if requested. Processed within 5 business days.
Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancel — stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. Use the
/cancelcommand in the Telegram bot. - Refund — returns money already paid. Available within 30 days of your first payment. Email us.
You can cancel at any time without giving up the option to request a refund within the 30-day window.
