1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Profitmaxxer ("the Service", "we", "us"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Profitmaxxer is an information service that monitors publicly available poker tournament lobby data from supported online poker networks and sends notifications via Telegram when certain mathematical conditions are met (such as a tournament prize pool exceeding the total of buy-ins collected, or a tournament's late registration window approaching its end). The Service does not play poker, place bets, automate gameplay, or interact with poker site clients in any way.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your access code, Telegram link, and account information secure. You must not share your account with any other person. One account = one user.

4. Subscription & Billing

Profitmaxxer is offered as a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe and other approved payment processors. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

• Currency: USD unless otherwise stated.
• Billing cycle: monthly, starting on the date of first successful payment.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time via the Telegram bot (/cancel) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Locked-in pricing: if you subscribe at a launch promotional price, that price will remain for as long as your subscription stays active without lapse. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, current pricing applies.

5. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, the Service ends unless you choose to subscribe. We do not auto-bill at the end of the trial.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast Service notifications to non-subscribers.
• Use the Service to violate the terms of any third-party poker site.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where its use is prohibited.
• Share your account with multiple people.

8. Third-Party Poker Sites

The Service is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any poker site or poker network. All poker site names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only. The Service reads only publicly available lobby data and does not interact with poker site client software or gameplay.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party poker site complies with that site's terms of service. We make no representation that the Service is permitted by every poker site's terms.

9. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will profit, win, find overlays, or improve your poker results. Poker is a game of skill and variance — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own decisions, opponents, variance, and the poker site's tournament conditions.

Stats and historical data shown on our website reflect overlay opportunities detected by the Service. They do not represent earnings, profits, or guaranteed user results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profitmaxxer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any unused portion of your prepaid subscription may be refunded at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or the Telegram bot.
